How Thoughts Affect Physical Health

Positivity is healing.

Our physical health is deeply and directly affected by our mental thoughts, attitude and outlook. This has been proven for ages – Kali Yuga or Treta Yuga, AD or BC – it all means the same thing. This is the history of mankind.

We are all human. We all have the same body and mental structure. Technology has developed, but the human body and mind has not changed. Everyone has legs, eyes, nose and ears. We all speak through the mouth. We all have a brain, mind and state of health.

It has been statistically proven – the more positive you are, the healthier you are. Period. There was a great article in the Newspaper called “The Hindu” published way back while I was in school in India titled ‘Anxiety Affects Intestines’. This article proves the fact. What you sow is what you reap. What you feed in will come out. GIGO – Garbage In, Garbage Out. If you feed the right thoughts, the right actions, the right deeds – you will get the right feedback.

People who stay positive are cured and healed much faster. This can be seen and proven all hospitals around the world. I experienced this directly when I was serving in nursing homes here in U.S. People who smiled and emitted positivity were healed and cured faster. What it boils down to is Psychosomatic… meaning your condition can be affected by your mental state or thoughts.

If we keep complaining about things or only putting out negative vibes, we will only get negative results in return. If we ever find ourselves in the hospital, any medical facility or nursing home, the first thing we should do is stay positive and think you will become well. Think it into existence. It will happen. You become what you think you will.

The more you put in such thoughts, the more likely you are to overcome, whether it is cancer, heart problems, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. All patients can get better through this method.

I once reached out to a person in Mauritius who was having stomach issues. When we sent the positive vibrations and had an uplifting session, all of his stomach aches and other problems went away. The point is the more you are anxious, the worse effects to your health. This also extends past health. Being positive can also directly affect your relationships, family dynamics, professional career, etc.

Staying positive is the ultimate cure. Staying positive is the answer.
