Sri\u2019s story is a reminder that an ordinary beginning can lead to an extraordinary journey.<\/p>\n
Before the professional achievements, international experiences, leadership roles, and recognition, Sri\u2019s journey began with simple beginnings.<\/p>\n
He started his career in India working as a Lower Division Clerk with the Ministry of Education and Culture in New Delhi. He also worked as a Data Entry Operator with the Income Tax Department in Madras.<\/p>\n
These roles may not have seemed extraordinary at the time, but they built the foundation for everything that followed.<\/p>\n
They taught him discipline.
They taught him patience.
They taught him the value of showing up and doing the work.<\/p>\n
Sri\u2019s educational journey also reflects his belief in continuous growth. He began with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in English Literature and later earned a Master\u2019s degree in Information Security in 2007.<\/p>\n

In 1996, Sri arrived in the United States on an H-1B work visa.<\/p>\n

Starting over in a new country requires courage. It means adapting to a different culture, proving yourself professionally, and creating opportunities where none may exist.<\/p>\n
For Sri, America became the place where years of hard work, curiosity, and determination came together.<\/p>\n
He eventually made Orlando, Florida his home and began building a career that would span decades.<\/p>\n
One of the most powerful parts of Sri\u2019s journey is the full-circle moment he experienced with Oracle.<\/p>\n
Earlier in his career, when he tried to submit his resume at Oracle India, a gatekeeper would not allow him to enter.<\/p>\n
Years later, Sri would go on to work for Oracle Corporation in the United States for 16 years.<\/p>\n

A rejection is not always the end of the story.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Sometimes, it is simply a delay before a much bigger opportunity.<\/p>\n At Oracle Consulting Services, Sri progressed through roles including Database Administrator, Project Manager, and Project Director.
