When I think back to my years at Ramakrishna Mission School, I remember more than classrooms, textbooks, uniforms, and exams. I remember something deeper — the discipline, simplicity, prayers, moral lessons, and the quiet influence of great spiritual personalities like Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda.
At that age, I did not fully understand the importance of those teachings.
Like many students, I was focused on marks, homework, friends, and daily school life. The morning prayers and moral instruction classes were simply part of the routine. I heard the words, but I did not always understand their meaning.

As we grow older and face challenges, responsibilities, failures, and uncertainty, those childhood lessons return. They come back not as school lessons, but as inner strength.

But when they finally bloom, they become lifelong blessings.
Today, I do not see Ramakrishna Mission School as just a place where I studied.
I see it as a foundation that helped shape my values, my thinking, and my journey through life.
