From starting as a sales representative in India to building a career across technology, education, and global initiatives, his journey reflects determination, adaptability, and a passion for inspiring others.
Humble Beginnings in India
Sri began his professional career as a Sales Representative with S D Fine Chemicals / Soni Chemical Industry on Ponnappa Chetty Street.
From there, he continued growing professionally and earned a position as a Lower Division Clerk with the Ministry of Education and Culture in New Delhi, India, through the Staff Selection Commission.
Later, he worked as a Data Entry Operator with the Income Tax Department in Madras (Chennai), gaining valuable experience and developing skills that would eventually lead him toward technology and international opportunities.
Building a Career in the United States
Sri’s journey eventually brought him to the United States, where he continued expanding his education and professional experience.
He earned a master’s degree, worked in the technology industry, and became an Adjunct Faculty member, sharing his knowledge and experience with students.
Over the years, he built a diverse career that included technology, project management, education, public speaking, and community involvement.
A Global Professional Journey
Sri’s career has taken him across multiple countries, including:

- Singapore
- Sri Lanka
- Ireland
He has gained international experience working with different cultures, organizations, and professional environments.
One of his proudest achievements was being selected as a delegate representing the United States for IndiaSoft, an international IT business conference supported by the Government of India and Hyderabad TAFCON. This opportunity allowed him to reconnect with his home country while representing American technology interests on a global stage.

Having spent more than three decades in the technology world, Sri has worked on complex challenges ranging from cloud computing and enterprise systems to problem-solving in professional environments.
But his journey has always been about more than technology.
Through his experiences, he discovered a deeper interest in understanding people — what motivates them, what inspires them, and what brings happiness and laughter into life.
This passion led to the creation of Dr. Just Kidding, a platform focused on humor, motivation, positivity, and connecting with people through shared experiences.

Sri has also protected his creative work through the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including the Dr. Just Kidding and DR Just Kidding logos.
